The Fourteenth Chapter of Cinder shows up Cinder waking up for the doctor's little "experiment". She just passes out for a brief time but it seems to still fascinate the doctor. He doesn't say much but it is clear that he knows more about Cinder's inner workings than even she does.
In this chapter Cinder also gets to see the Prince again. It is both scary and cute when they meet. Cinder enjoys seeing him again but she is worried he will figure out the real reason she is in the clinic.
