The thirty-seventh Chapter of Cinder is by far the best chapter. Cinder has been imprisoned in a white cell. Seemingly resigned to the fact that she is going to be put to death at the hands of the Lunar Queen, all Cinder wants to do is rest.
Dr. Erland comes to visit and after a few Lunar mind tricks, gets a moment alone with her. Dr. Erland has come with gifts for Cinder. A new foot, a new hand and with news of what he had discovered. Along with all his gifts he is there to help Cinder in more ways than one.
