We have talked about it all month and this week we are issuing the challenge. Take one meal and make either multiple meals using the same basic ingredients. We have already given a few examples of that this month, Ground Beef being a great example and Chicken being another. Or try using the leftovers to make a whole new meal, soups, sandwiches or salads would be a fun and easy challenge, but if you're up for an even harder challenge try something beyond that. And for an even bigger challenge! Try doing both.
