Master of the Kitchen

 We are still working on cookbooks and recipes! But this year we are taking things nice and easy! For our part we will be posting blogs of dishes we made using the HelloFresh Subscription boxes. We will be posting three times a week about meals we have made and comments on them (the first few you will noticed we already posted in 2020, but we are going to re-release them). We will also be creating cooking challeneges!! Every Satureday we will have a new cooking challenge! You can post any recipes made from these on our Facebook group or on Creative Art's Facebook Page!

A - Z Soaps

 We have been busy! We have been making all kinds of products, we have tested them and we have packaged them! This year we experimented with Sugar Scrubs, Sugar and Salt Scrubs, Bath Teas, Bath Salts, and more! This year we have worked hard to try and get all our scent names and descriptions up on the website and social media so that everyone can get a taste of what we have to offer. Currently, we are offering items we have in stock, but we do take pre-orders! The wait for these are usually up to 2 weeks (depending on the product)! We hope to have catalogs and order sheets available soon!

 Though not much has been happening on this blog in 2020, we were still hard at work making more content and products! We have a ton of new photos for you to enjoy, share, and purchase. You can always see our photos first by Following us on Deviant Art and Instagram.

If you follow us on Deviant Art you have seen most of these but we have provided a gallery here for you to browse what we have to offer! (Note that there are different versions of each with different filters and edits available in our files.)

Unfortunately, Wix has done some updates and broke things in the process, so we can no longer upload new photos to existing albums (we are hoping this will be fixed in the future). In the meantime, you can view keep up to date with new photos on our Facebook page.

A. L. Keegan

Now for me. I am just a small-town girl that grew up trying all kinds of different art forms. I loved writing in school and wrote short stories often in class and just loved it. I started writing my first novel when I was in the sixth grade. It was really a great way to help me deal with my Anxiety that would ultimately play a huge part in my life. In fact, Anxiety is the reason I started this business in the first place. Anxiety is hard to navigate and it doesn't have a schedule. It makes working a traditional job almost impossible for me. So this website was my chance at having a normal job and trying to be successful and make money. That is why I started this and try to make it the best it can be, not only for me but to help better my life, my friend's lives, and maybe even my family's lives also. 

Keysar Trad

 Keysar Trad is a friend of mine also and he has a beautiful collection of poetry and art. He is also a passionate religious figure in his community and has a love for art and words. He has a few religious publications but he also has a wonderful Poetry book titled the Forays of the Heart. He also is a wonderful artist and enjoys doodling in his spare time (you can find these works on our website or our Deviant Art page). And if you enjoy both Art and Poetry, Keysar offers both in the form of Greeting Cards.

Hugh Chandler

Hugh Chandler is an amazing musician. He has a Master of Music in Guitar Performance from the University of South Carolina and he completed a Doctorate in Music Composition at the University of Texas! He composes music for short films, for videos, and for plays all around the United States and has had his music performed in not only the U.S but Mexico and Sweden as well. He is truly a great friend of mine, and He has so kindly named a few of his songs after me and my ideas. He is a great inspiration to me and my writing process. He has even made a song for some of the characters in my books! (Which I hope to be able to share with you this year).

Creative Arts

As some of you may know, Creative Arts was started by just one person, me, Amy. You will notice my name almost everywhere I am A. L. Keegan, I am Amyl Creations, I am 15 Designs, I write the recipes for Master of the Kitchen, I create the puzzles for Puzzle Time Games, Creative Photography and for the most part I wrote (and will write) all the blog posts! And last year I added Bath and Body products to my company/website under the product line name: A - Z Soaps. I had hoped to add Event Baskets also where you can create your own basket filled with all the goodies I have to offer but we didn't end up doing that. Hopefully Event Baskets will come in 2021!

As you can imagine all of that is hard work for just one person. And that is why I took a break from writing these blogs. Blogs took up a large part of my life and I would write them a month ahead of time just to make sure everything went out on time. It was exhausting. I started this website and blog with good intentions. I have always been creative and I know a lot of people that are also. I thought it would be a great (and cheap) way to show the world my work and my friends' talents. Ultimately, that backfired. Some of my so-called friends were lying to me about their talent and my company had a rocky start. It was a setback and a huge blow to say the least. (I won't name names but we had a huge problem when trying to share content on other websites like Deviant Art.) Now I am happy to say that I have a small group of friends that I trust on here sharing their work. I can't wait to share with you what we have been up to! I thank you all so much for taking the time to read this. And I hope you enjoy my new ideas for blog posts. I really don't know if I will post regularly like I used to or what posts I will have going. But some is better than none and I plan to do what I can when I can and still find a balance in my day to day life. So check back often here and on our other social media to make sure you don't miss a thing!

New Year, New Us, Again

Well, 2020 didn't go as planned for anyone, including us! We had a great start with the blog and then things kind of fell apart (thanks a lot COVID-19)! We had a lot of plans for last year, some that we got to do, like launch more bath and body products for A - Z Soaps! And some didn't happen like this blog. So we decided like many, to just forget that 2020 ever happened and start fresh! You will see some repeats to start the year with, we are going to re-post all the HelloFresh posts we had last year but we are going to add more to the week. Our goal is to go back to posting every day and to bring back some of the themes we loved writing about! We also hope to bring you updates with everything going on with us and what is to come!

So in the spirit of starting over, I am going to share now a little repeat of what I shared last year at this time. For the first week of this year we are going to be showcasing our artists again and what they have been up to! We hope to share more creative ideas and items with you so that you can be inspired to make your own Creative Arts. We hope you enjoy our new ideas for blog posts. A.L Keegan

We are proud to welcome A. L. Keegan to our website! 

A. L. Keegan is a crime romance writer currently working on two series. One follows the Thomas Family, a small town family that trouble just seems to follow. And the Special Agent team working for the MKCU (Missing and Kidnapped Children's Unit). A special team designated to solving cases, they are the people you call when they say, "Don't call the cops."

A. L. hopes to be publishing her novels soon and in the meantime plans on sharing short stories and snippets from her books here.

Puzzle Time Games

We are pleased to welcome Puzzle Time Games to our website! Puzzle Time Games, creates unique puzzles of all kinds to challenge the brain and provide entertainment to puzzle lovers alike. 

We are new to puzzle making and in a special for Creative Arts are offering our puzzles for free to its customers! Please test these puzzles out and let us know what you think!

Master of the Kitchen

Here at Master of the Kitchen, our goal is to share fun, easy, cheap and delicious recipes with you! We also plan on sharing Leftover Makeover Meals, One Pot Meals, and do some Meal Planning!We are currently working on our cookbook and product lines so be sure to check out our shop in the future!

Hugh Candler

Hugh Chandler is a unique musician, combining skills as a composer and a classical/acoustic guitarist. Classical Guitar magazine spoke of his Two Preludes for guitar as “genuinely skillful writing” with “a sense of stylistic awareness and authority”.

Chandler was twice the state winner in guitar in the South Carolina Collegiate Artist competition in 1979 and 1982. Judges praised his high level of musicianship and sensitivity. His composition Micropoints won the 1986 Casio Electronic Music competition at the University of Texas. His work Two Preludes for solo guitar is published by the Tuscany Publications, and has been has been favorably reviewed in two different international guitar journals.

A 1998 concert of chamber music by chamber ensemble Springkeeper featured three large chamber works of Chandler’s. His compositional output includes a wide range of media, from solo guitar, chamber music,  electronic media, to full orchestra.

Chandler has written background scores for several short films and videos, as well as theatrical productions.

He has had performances of his music in ten different cities throughout the United States, Mexico, and Sweden.

He completed a doctorate in music composition at the University of Texas in 1989, and a master of music in guitar performance from the University of South Carolina in 1981.

Event Baskets

Even though Event Baskets isn't up and running just yet, we still wanted to introduce you to them and their shop. 

Event Baskets main goal is to make gift baskets an everyday thing. They create baskets for every event, even if that event is just a Monday. Of course, they make Christmas Baskets to order, and Birthday Baskets, but they also specialize in everyday things. Spa Baskets are one of their main focuses for both men and women. A little treat to help you get through the week. 15 Designs

Hey everyone! We at 15 Design focus on making graphs and patterns for all sorts of projects. The great thing about our graphs is you can use them over and over again no matter what craft you're doing. For example, you can use our graphs to crochet, knit, paint, cross-stitch and on some beading projects! So no matter what your needs are let us make the graph you need for your art projects!

Hey everyone! My name is Amy and here at Amyl Creations we have our hands in everything. Personally, I specialize in crochet, painting (Tole), Scrapbooking and general crafts. I hope to branch out as the year goes on and try my hand at knitting, cross-stitching, embroidery, quilting, beading, sewing and other painting projects.

I will be the one writing the blogs having to do with some of the subjects above, mostly painting and crocheting. But as I learn more about the other crafts I will share everything I can with you. So you can make beautiful creations just like me!
