Alright, these themes are a little trickier than the basic ones! These are going to be based on a Country and we would like you to use inspiration from the local Cuisine to that Country. There are almost 200 recognized counties, not including territories and such, so this should be an amazing experience and trip around the world.
Our first stop on this adventurous journey is Italy! Italy is a pretty safe bet when it comes to a theme. Most people have had Italian Food. Pasta and Pizza basically is what we are going for this month. But you never know! You can create anything Italian inspired! Maybe it's Chicken Parmesan or Egg Plant Lasagna. As long as the inspiration is there and the flavours of Italy, your dish will be a success.

4 tsp Basil
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Rosemary
4 tsp Thyme
4 tsp Garlic Powder
(Salt and Pepper your dish to taste after use)
