The tenth chapter was more about the medical stuff being done to Cinder. It is still clear that the medical professionals and bots have no respect for Cinder. They don't keep her updated on what's going on or her health. Cinder is left with a lot of questions as to what is happening, especially when she is being moved from room to room.
In her new room, we get to see a kinder side to Cinder, a more human side if you will. She had a chance to knock the doctor out, she could seriously hurt him, but she doesn't. She can't bring herself to hurt another human being.
