The twenty-fifth Chapter of Cinder is kind of a bombshell. We learn a lot more about Cinder and about Dr. Erland. Cinder has a few questions after experiencing the Lunar Queens power. Dr. Erland told her she was a shell, but if that was really true she shouldn't have been effected at all. Without too many spoilers, Cinder finds out more about her situation and why her body and mind is the way it is.
We also learn that Dr. Erland is hiding a few secrets of his own. There is a reason the good doctor knows so much about the Lunars and their culture. On top of all the things Cinder has found out, her sister is entering the final stages of the disease and they have a small window of time to save her.
