Mystery Theme Challenge #2

 Well, it is that time again! Time to take a trip and try something new. This month we are exploring Jamaica! To inspire you this month we are including a Jerk Spice recipe. Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with spices. So you play around with this seasoning and challenge as much as you would like. It is very versatility. (We recommend Jerk Chicken Legs!)

Jerk Spice Blend

3 tbsp Minced Onion

1 tbsp Thyme

1 tbsp Allspice

1 tbsp Pepper

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Clove

1/2 Salt
