There are many ways to serve chili. This doesn't always make it a "Makeover" but it is a little different from the traditional way you serve it. A lot of people like to serve chili on a bed of rice. Some enjoy a bread bowl or just a baguette. Other's enjoy using it with Nachos! You can get this in a lot of pub-style restaurants. Some put the Chili on top or instead of the hamburger meat (under the cheese) or they make the Nachos as they normally would and send chili on the side so you can dip into it or eat it as chili and chips.
That is where this idea came from. And I call it Fully Loaded Chili. So once the chili is ready, I top it with cheese (so that it can melt from the heat of the chili), and then I top it with Corn Chips, Sour Cream, and Green Onions. It is so good and the cream just adds to the flavour.
