Today we are sharing one of our favourite patterns by Haar Maar Rraak and it is called Spicy Diamond Blanket. This blanket is gorgeous and sounds super easy to crochet. Anyone with experience with standard crochet terms like chain stitch, chain space, half double crochet, double crochet, double crochet 2 together and double crochet 3 together.
This blanket uses a few different colours (seven in total) and a lot of yarn at it. Each diamond colour requires four balls while the grey colour requires eight balls. They also give recommendations for which yarn to use, but no matter what yarn or colours you use it's hard to imagine any reason why they wouldn't work with this blanket.
Haar Maar Rraak does a great job of explaining exactly what the pattern is, what is required and the whole layout of it. They also offer an empty layout so you can test out colour combinations before you crochet them together.
